invtri holds your product, order and marketplace data, and the keys that connect your accounts. Here’s how we protect it, and how you stay in control.
Hosted in the UK
invtri is hosted in the UK, and every connection to it is encrypted (HTTPS).
Your marketplace keys, encrypted
The API keys you enter to connect your channels are encrypted when stored.
Passwords stored hashed
We store passwords hashed, never in plain text.
Daily backups
Your data is backed up every day.
Two-step sign-in
Turn it on, and we email you a code each time you sign in.
Team access you control
The account owner adds team members, up to the plan’s user limit, and chooses which sections each person can see. Each person has one active login at a time.
Your data stays yours
Export your inventory, calculated prices and P&L to CSV or Excel at any time. If hosting stops, we keep your data for 90 days and our support team can send you a copy. Then it is securely deleted. Your licence stays valid.
Your accounts stay yours
You connect your own seller accounts with your own keys (BYOK), so your listings and marketplace accounts stay in your name.
